Course Overview

This course will equip managers and supervisors in the food services industry with the knowledge and abilities to supervise the implementation of safe work practices and to maintain risk control measures at the workplace.

Course Objectives

1. Interpret the WSH legal and requirements for the food services industry

2. Implement WSH training and promotional programmes

3. Conduct WSH inspections and intervene when WSH practices are compromised

4. Implement control measures, identify safety gaps and contribute towards improving WSH outcomes.

5. Investigate incidents and prepare incident repo
