ABOUT THE SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION STRATEGIC PLANNING TRAINING COURSE
The Sustainability and Innovation Strategic Planning course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning processes that integrate sustainability and innovation principles.
Learners will engage in sustainable innovation gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to bridge these gaps effectively. They will also learn how to create sustainable innovation pipeline maps to visualise and prioritise innovation projects aligned with sustainability goals.
