Terms and conditions

Protecting your business and ours through clear, transparent agreements.

Employment and Confidentiality:

All remote professionals are engaged directly by our registered entity in Indonesia, ensuring full compliance with local labour legislation. Your business contracts with our company for services rather than engaging individuals directly—protecting you from employment liability whilst ensuring ethical employment practices.
Comprehensive confidentiality provisions are included in all engagement contracts, ensuring that your company’s proprietary information, business operations, and work product remain strictly confidential. Full copyright and intellectual property rights for any work produced during the engagement vest with your company.

Payment Terms and Obligations:

All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer according to the agreed schedule. The initial payment (onboarding fee, first month’s remuneration, and first month’s service fee) is due upon agreement execution. Subsequent monthly payments (remuneration plus service fee) are due on the last business day of the preceding month. A refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s total payment is required upon completion of the probationary period (three months).
We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement should payment obligations remain unfulfilled as specified in the contract. Any undisbursed remuneration owed to the professional, excluding our service fees, shall be refunded in full to your company.

Termination and Notice Periods:

Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice. During the probationary period (first three months), a minimum of one week’s written notice is required. Following probation, one month’s written notice must be provided. All outstanding payments for services rendered, approved procurements, or software licences must be settled in full upon termination.
If your remote professional departs within three months and you have provided reasonable management oversight (including at least two formal warnings with documented corrective actions), we may provide a waiver on the onboarding fee for a replacement candidate, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Solicitation and Direct Engagement:

You agree to engage talent within our network exclusively through us and not to directly solicit, hire, or engage any individuals introduced by us, whether current or former. This applies whether engagement is direct or through a third party, on a part-time, full-time, or project basis.
Should you wish to engage a remote professional directly within six months following contract termination or conclusion, a buyout fee of SGD 2,000 is payable prior to such engagement. All candidate information shall be treated as strictly confidential, and no third-party details or proprietary information received during the discovery or interview process may be disclosed.
